how do i start a return?

to start a return request, please ensure you read through our returns information and then contact us at hello@naytrualbeauty.com

any returns sent to us that have not been approved via email will be automatically rejected

you’ll be notified via email once your return has been approved/rejected in line with our returns policy with next steps.

what is your returns policy?
  • we have a 14 day refund policy: from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are available only in specific circumstances, such as when a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

are there any charges for returns?
  • orginial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping should your return be approved for non defective reasons.

additional information

should i use a tracked service for my return?

naytrual beauty is not responsible for any returns lost within the postal service. we strongly recommend that you send returns back to us on a fully tracked service.

my item isn't damaged and i've received the correct order, can i return my item?

due to the nature of our products - we do not offer refunds for products due to personal dislike. if you believe that an item in your order is faulty or damaged, please send any photos of the damage / fault to our support team.

all returns are monitored to avoid misuse or abuse of our return policy. we flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns and those flagged may be subject to us reviewing and revoking our return policy. we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
