1. return policy
as cosmetics are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is:
- defective
- damaged during shipping
- incorrect item received
in these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a resolution.
important: we cannot accept returns for used products due to hygiene regulations. If the product has been opened, we cannot resell or reuse it for safety reasons.

to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions apply:
• damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• incorrect orders: If you received the wrong product, contact us with your order number and an image of the received item within 14 days.
• lost or missing Items: If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
• allergies or sensitivities: We list full ingredient information on our Website. If you experience a reaction, we recommend consulting a doctor. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for allergic reactions.

4. how to request a refund or replacement?
step 1: email us at hello@naytrualbeauty.com with the following details:
- full name & order number
- description of the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.)
- photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)
step 2: if required, we will provide return instructions for eligible claims. Do not return items without prior approval, as we may not be able to process the request.
step 3: once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps (refund, replacement, or further investigation).

5. refund process
refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days after approval.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

6. shipping costs
for approved returns (defective or incorrect items):
• we cover the return shipping costs if we are at fault.
